Delete a HAIPP account or data

HAIPP is a parent–child learning and safety app. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a family account, a child account, or specific data we store.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@koneroanalyticsml.com from the parent email on the HAIPP account.
2. Say whether you want the whole account deleted or only some data (for example location history or task photos).
3. Include the child name or email if the request is for a child profile.

We will verify the request and delete the account or the requested data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal or billing reasons.

Deleting a parent account also removes linked child profiles in that family.
